    I absolutlety love this podcast. I have been doing PSE{power Speed Endurance} i follow Brian Mackenzie and have been doing his workouts. I am very interested in yours because I am a OCR athlete and you train OCR athletes,I would love to have your as a trainer but I do not know if I could afford it? could you a ball park figure of the cost to get some help from you? thank you.
